Finally, We're Free!

The playgrounds have reopened and we decided to bike to Bicentennial Park to take Peter to his first playground.  I would have gone earlier if Covid hadn't shut things down.  It's sad that the virus shutdown took the cool spring months.  It was a very hot day, but it was so fun to let him swing and spin.  He enjoyed it too.  Would have done the slide but the sun had baked it and it was way too hot.  I wish Peter would be willing to wear a hat.  I try to put one on him to block the sun from his bald little head, but he immediately pulls off anything I put on him.
